About the Hudson Valley ChapterThe Hudson Valley Chapter is an official chapter of The North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association, Inc. The chapter was founded in 2004 to provide opportunities for area men and women to give and receive help in training their versatile hunting dogs, and to promote sound conservation principles and sportsmanship. News & Reminders
Reminder – Spring Handlers Clinic (HC) is scheduled for May 20-21. A HC is an educational tool developed by NAVHDA to help dog handlers and breeders understand the testing system covering Natural Ability, Utility Prep, and the Utility Test. It’s a 2 day session led by a Sr. Judge that combines discussion, field participation touching on mechanics, scoring and NAVHDA philosophy. It is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

For those who would like to remain members of Hudson Valley NAVHDA, please fill and mail your membership form and payment in. The form can be found from main menu under Chapter Info, Forms, and then select the membership form. As a reminder, chapter dues are owed at the beginning of the new year.
