SPRING AND FALL TEST INFORMATION

We will be receiving entries postmarked 1/15/2026 and after for the 2026 tests. 

Test Fees:
Member NA: $175
Non-Member NA: $215

Member GDT / UT: $200
Non-Member GDT / UT: $240

The running order will be randomly selected via lottery.

Test dates:

2026 SPRING TEST            May 16, 17    (NA, GDT, UT)

2026 FALL TEST            August 22, 23    (NA, GDT, UT)

Spring & Fall Test Location: 404 Ridge Rd., Rock Tavern, NY 12575 (more details to be sent prior to test)

The preferred method of registering your dog for the HVNAVHDA test is to go online at www. NAVHDA.org

If this is your first time on the International site, you will need to create a user name and password with your NAVHDA membership number. Pick the test that you want (NA, GDT, UT), date and Chapter. The NAVHDA site will populate many of the boxes on the registration form. Confirm the information is correct on the form, then submit the form. Submission of the test entry form and entry fee is required in order to hold your space. Please do not email the form — print it out (if you have not registered online) and mail it with your check. If you registered online, simply mail your check to Joe Sakowicz. If you are unable to register online, complete the form and mail the form with the check to Joe Sakowicz. You will receive an email confirmation after your complete entry is received.

If you are waiting for your dog’s NAVHDA registration number, please send your entry form and fee and you may email the registration number as soon as you have it.

Membership in NAVHDA International is required for you to enter any NAVHDA test; this is in addition to any NAVHDA Chapter membership you may also have. To join or renew your NAVHDA International membership online, click here.

Waiting List:  We maintain a waiting list when our test is full, but you must send a completed test entry form and entry fee to the Test Secretary (above) to be on the list.

Refund Policy: Full refund for HV members 45 days prior to test…. $50 fee for non-members…..

Checks will be taken to reserve spots on waiting list with a full refund if you don’t run…. If spot opens up and you decline spot there will be a $50 fee for non members…
